How Do I Order?
1. Pick your favorite Organization for the menu.
2. Fill out the form: Complete and send the preorder form.
3. Make Purchase: Select the Payment button.
How Much are the Cards ?
Plan 1: $100 One EliteX Card
Plan 2: $150 *
Insurance Add-On ($50):
This plan provides a (one-time replacement) of your Titanium Card if it expires within the year, is lost, stolen, or compromised. For example, if your bank issues you a new card, this insurance covers the cost of producing one replacement Titanium Card at no additional charge.

When will I mail my card ?
You will receive an email instructing you to lock and mail your card.
